Contributed to the refurbishment and extension of the historic listed Palazzo Beltrade on behalf of a private investor, a mixed-use building comprising retail, office and residential spaces. The project included the sensitive renovation and luxury interior refurbishment of the office space for Fondazione Invernizzi within a listed building, featuring high-end finishes such as marble, engineered flooring and integrated mechanical systems. The work created an inspiring and efficient workplace and contributed to the rebranding and commercial retail design for Roberto Guardiani.

was extremely helpful producing architectural drawings at short notice. She also introduced a structural engineer who produced structural connection drawings at short notice as well as providing very important structural advice. Lucia conducted site visits and raised matters such as making sure the insulation used by the builder was of the correct specification, which was very helpful. By producing drawings at short notice she helped avoid delays and by doing site visits she helped make sure the builder was using the right quality products.
