Interior Architecture & Design in London
Tailored Interiors That Reflect Your Lifestyle, Maximise Space, and Enhance Value
At Lucia Piccinini Arkinnovation, we create interiors that are not only elegant and timeless — but also practical, energy-efficient, and uniquely yours. Whether you’re renovating, extending, converting a loft, or building a new home, our residential interior design service brings beauty and purpose into every room.
From the earliest space planning to final finishes, we help you make confident decisions at every stage — transforming your space into a reflection of your lifestyle, values, and future needs.
Interior design goes beyond surface aesthetics; it’s about crafting environments that reflect your personality, needs, and aspirations.
What’s Included in Our Interior Design Service
1. Interior Brief & Lifestyle Mapping
We begin by understanding how you live and what you love — how you cook, work, rest, and host — and define the mood, functionality, and aesthetics that suit you best.
2. Interior Layout & Space Planning
We optimise your internal layout for flow, comfort, and light. Whether open-plan or zoned living, we ensure each space works beautifully — from kitchen-diners to private retreats.
3. Material & Finish Selections
We curate a palette of materials and finishes that complement your architecture and reflect your personality — from flooring and tiles to bespoke joinery, textures, and paint colours.
4. Lighting & Electrical Planning
Lighting is key to ambience and functionality. We design thoughtful lighting plans, including general, task, and feature lighting, with integrated control systems where needed.
5. Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)
We provide tailored specifications for furniture, fittings, sanitaryware, appliances, and more — whether you’re sourcing on a budget or investing in high-end finishes.
6. 3D Visualisation & Mood Boards
To help you visualise the end result, we offer:
· Digital mood boards
· 3D visuals or sketches
· Material samples and concept books
7. On-Site Styling & Installation Support
We coordinate with your build team or contractors to implement the design. We also offer styling advice and final walkthroughs to ensure the result matches your expectations.

Design that can be built
Having worked as a Design Manager for a main contractor, Lucia designs with buildability, programme and cost in mind: fewer variations, realistic timelines and interiors that look on completion the way they did in the visuals. Frequently asked questions
Do you design office and commercial interiors?
Yes. As well as homes, we design offices, showrooms, retail, hospitality and wellness interiors, from space planning to fit-out.
Can you design interiors in listed buildings?
Yes. Interiors in listed and historic buildings are a particular strength, including gaining listed building consent.
Do you manage the fit-out?
We prepare the specification and tender package, help appoint the contractor, and inspect the works through to handover.
What makes your interiors Italian?
Lucia trained and practised in Florence and Milan. Our interiors favour natural stone, timber and bespoke joinery, careful proportion and light, and materials chosen to age well.
